  2. Why? Kw-hr is just PART of the filling charge. Is someone is taking up a charger for 7 hours, then that is time that others CAN’T use the charger!

  4.  @Yourmyhero1 No, it’s gasoline. Petro was originally a product name like Kleenex. There are all kinds of petroleum that can’t be used in gasoline engines.
