Of course China has a plan for economy. China will elevate economic trades with Saudi Arabia and Russia. Those two countries are much bigger money maker than USA for China.

@manofsan Both Saudi Arabia and Russia combined produce more oil output than U.S. These two countries supplied oil to most part of the world. Russia economic is totally dependent on China for trade after U.S. sanctions.
