  2.  @electrictroy2010  Yes but touching a man's chest is socially normalized like shoulders when not the case with a woman's chest, and a man's chest is seen as less intimate or sexual compared to touching a woman's chest, this is worldwide not just in the US. So if you want this kind of equality like normalizing topless women then you should first start by re-educating society that a man's chest is equally sexual as a woman's chest or vice versa (a woman's chest is equally not sexual as a man's). So good luck with that.

  5.  @DamianWayne-h7p  You have a point, there is some cultural aspect to it like topless African tribes, but these tribes are the exception, not the rule, most people around the world developed levels of modesty in their cultures because this cultural aspect is a result of the biological differences, and humans have a higher self awareness that separates us from animals. We don't want to see other men look at our mothers naked, or little boys looking at naked women. Like if you're a grown adult, are you ok with little boys looking at you topless? I think there is a difference between "racism" and "modesty", it's about what is right and what is wrong, like hating and attacking other humans just the way they look is wrong regardless if it's biological or not, on the other hand, modesty is accepted because it is right since it's not from a place of hate but an aspect of interacting with other humans in society, even those topless African tribes still hide their lower private parts which show they still have developed some of that natural human sense of modesty that separates them from animals.
