  1. There is a reason DeSantis has closed "press conferences" where only selected outlets can attend and they're only allowed to ask him pre-written questions that he gives them. Because unless he's given time to memorize an answer/speech ahead of time, he has absolutely no clue how to respond to questions. If you put him on the spot, he crumbles.
