  11.  @thejdgoodwin  When someone challenges this and they will they will go judge shopping. They will choose a judge that they think will rule favorably to them. And they will rule in their favor. The government will then appeal it and will most likely get a favorable ruling. It will do this all the way to the Supreme Court. Even Nancy Pelosi said the president doesn't have the authority to do this. It will most likely be shot down in the Supreme Court seeing how the Supreme Court is structured right now.
