  2. I don't install customer parts either. My reason has nothing to do with money. It's about not wanting to do the job twice. I am NOT installing your "cheapest you could find" eBay and Amazon parts that WILL break, result in you blaming me and me doing the job a second time for free. When I supply the high quality part, I warranty it.

  3. I've been in the business for 35 years and never seen a charge for "brake clean". We do charge for "shop supplies", but that's for much more than brake clean. It also pays for our rag service, uniform service, oil-sorb, waste oil removal, etc...
