  1. Before you even pull it in the shop, I'm going with "no" it's not worth fixing. Engine's noisy, exterior is beat up, interior is tore up and it's the cheapest, most base model you can get. This is a parts truck. Alternatively, you could cut off the cats, straight pipe it and drive it until the next inspection or until it blows up.
