  1. Nothing wrong with going to a disaster area to help. Especially if you have a big diesel truck or heavy equipment that could be used to help. I've got 23 years running equipment and if I lived closer I'd be there too. Just a suggestion... You should carry a snatch rope. Better for pulling things out than a chain.
