@clbcl5 The things Ray is talking about are really about all corporations, just the publicly traded ones. Milton Friedman ruined publicly traded corporations in the 70's and 80's. His philosophies shifted focus from the customer to the shareholder. He said CEO's pay should be directly tied to the share value. This is why CEO's make short sighted decisions to boost short term gains at the cost of long term viability. I could go on for pages, but the TLDR version is that the problem is shareholders, not the actual business. The only way to fix it is to support small businesses and privately owned businesses and to move away from public ownership.

@7:25... Rotors look fine to me. No lip or scoring. I'd tell my customer that rotors aren't necessary yet and save them for the next brake job. @14:30... I do a lot of brake jobs on cars with Brembo fixed calipers. I bout a tool specifically for them. It looks like a duck bill. Works great. @18:25... clean the old pins with some Scotch-Brite. Lets the pads slide easier. With the hardware being wrong, I'd check the pads too. Make sure the wear pads are the same size. @21:30... I tell customers, if they bring their own parts, there's no warranties. @32:10... That was only Wendy's and they've backtracked on that. @35:00... It's a torque stick, but... Is it an electric specific torque stick? Traditional torque sticks are designed to work with air tools. They'll over torque with an electric. They started making electric specific torque sticks a few years ago.
