  1.  @rakadus  Tamil Nadu model is making Government Schools and Government Hospitals work. It is also about maintaining law and order by keeping strict check on rioters and gangsters (as opposed to finishing one group of gangsters and encouraging other group). TN Model is - attracting industries in right earnest. TN Model is - ecouraging skill development of each and every section of the society. It is about building infrastucture and also involves corruption (but not the kind that kills 150 people by just stealing 1.5 crores). It does involve cheating, namecalling partisan behaviour etc but also having the welfare of people at the back of the mind. It involves hard work (but not 24 hrs a day) and respect for hard workers. Sure TN politicians failed a number of times at these very things, but they also succeeded partially. There are gangsters in TN but they aren't half as vicious as in some other states. But most of all, TN model is about self respect of every human and about putting history above mythology.
