  3. There is a hypothesis, that, Indians having Hindi / Urdu as their mothertongue have fertility rate of above 3 whereas Indians who don't have Hindi / Urdu as their mothertongue have a fertility rate of less than 2.

  4.  @shalivahana1300  Is there mothertongue wise data available? I am asking this because a muslim who migrates to Maharashtra and breeds there will be called Maharashtra muslim.

  6.  @shalivahana1300  A huge majority of muslims in TN speak Tamil. Urdu speaking muslims form a separate class and usually don't inter marry with Tamil speaking muslims. But like you said, the Urdu speaking muslims feel superior.
