12:15 What a scumbag. He asks for an answer, and when he gets the answer, he doesn't want. He change the topic, and then accuses the person trying to answer him of wasting time. OMG, then he goes on and one trying to hard to not counter the facts of what Matt and Michael are saying, but to discredit them wholesale. He also cuts them off when they destroy his question and accuses them of filibustering. They should treat him like Larry Flynt would've. He is the worst type of official. HIs soul is corrupted.
