  1. It was not a legal answer to a moral question. That would be the case if she made a logical argument. Saying that advocating for genocide of a specific group of people, some of whom happened to be in the vicinity, was not harassment was insane. Substitute the word black, or gay, or any other number of groups and there's zero chance it would be treated the same. It was faulty logic, and morality. End of story.

  2. How many times was she given a chance to reconsider? It's not like she can claim she just misspoke, that's for sure.
