  1. This is why I don't watch CNN (or any of the tv news outlets). They go all out to paint a picture, then get one single guy who's quite inarticulate to convey the other side of the debate to make it seem like they're presenting both sides. Fuck me this is awful and why if I want news I'll get Wired, The Economist, or listen to hour long podcasts where you can get some context and real information. You know, shit that actually affects me, unlike the president saying the equivalent of "flyover states". Yeah it was crass and he shouldn't have said it, but really it's so far down the totem pole of importance. If the media didn't report it all the time, it wouldn't have been an issue. FFS people, don't get your information from the co-creators of these stories.
