He's saying that there's a situation he doesn't like there, and he could end it quickly and catastrophically if he wanted to, but he doesn't want to go that route. That means i don't understand the tone or your comment since you actually really do agree with his point.

  8. I know, right? He's been dealing with the greediest scumbags in the world his whole life so he knows how to do it. He opens walks with North Korea (the worst thing to do to an enemy is refuse to talk to them) and people think he should insult them publicly. Great tactic. Try that and see how much progress you make.
