  1. For me, the perfect place to be cool, cool off and get misty with it, is sitting at Table Rock by Niagara Falls. The fast-moving water always creates a breeze, and just watching everyone else is entertaining all the time. There is an American side to the Niagara River, but I don't see or hear about that in You Tube videos.
