Senator Kevin Cramer is talking in a way that is called disingenuous. He agrees with enough facts to come off as legitimate, but then he starts making up his own lies about what should have happened, so his support for Past President Trump is acceptable for people who don't get his improper English. He's saying he'd like to take lessons from the impeachment manager, but obviously he's not learning.
