  1. You must be an American. It's better to lose this pipeline controlled by Americans. Let Canadians make their own gasoline and oil products with their own oil. It was Quebec politicians selling out western oil to Americans that led to the Reform Party, what took over Canadian politics, so fed up with American criminal intervention.

  2. American courts systems are different. Defense lawyers aren't court employees. They can do anything they want to get their client off or get a fix, not justice. They also don't have to hand in all their evidence to the court, why witnesses can find themselves being attacked in their personal lives instead of just providing their testimony.
