  3. Americans are. The United States has "extra-territorial laws" that over-ride the laws of the country their military is in. The United States also doesn't have any extradition laws for financial crimes committed in foreign countries.

Niagara Parks Police, responsible for the American border crossings, told me about their new laws to combat predatory Americans. If an American is picked up for any financial crime, they are jailed and held until they pay a fine or a judge lets them out. Why should you care about evidence? You're letting the Bush family off after their assassination of President Kennedy, and how they created 9/11 to justify attacking Iraq for their wealth and oil. Past President Trump ordered the assassination of a Middle East oil general. Within two months the price of an American barrel of oil was worth less than nothing.
