  1. Okay, one person in California and two in New York were roughed up. I don't see this as a disturbing surge. Domestic violence is ordinary in those areas. When cell phones first came out with cameras, people in New York would take photos and send images of men raping women on the street, a day-to-day occurrence. The city passed a law making it illegal to not report a crime when witnessed.
