This is Christmas time. That's when the most Americans are at home with their families, able to see this. Saying the "war with Hamas will go on for many more months", is not a certainty, unless Israeli-Americans want it to be. Israeli-American snipers were shooting the knees and legs of Palestinians, what provoked the retaliation they wanted.

@TheRedStateBlue I didn't have to select Christmas as an American topic, it's all over. All news organizations will say a Saturday headline is the most read newspaper of the week, and getting holiday attention is second. At least Americans aren't getting their old nuclear midnight clock out, showing how life on earth could be destroyed a minute earlier than it was the last time. And those air raid siren drills late at night don't drill any more.
