When the police wanted him to pull over he didn't stop. When they asked him to get out of his car he didn't. He kept talking as if there was some higher law he obeyed without obeying the officers. They asked him to comply. He didn't. Drawing weapons and using spray is never nice, as we can see. I don't believe him when he said he was afraid to get out of his car because he sounded sassy to me. And if not sassy, too self-righteous. They say clothes make the man. So does a uniform, and if it's an American soldiers' uniform that can be a very bad thing, same with a soldier in a police uniform.

He admitted he didn't pull over, and being pulled over by police is totally ordinary, when you pull over. I think he saw his status as a soldier as over-riding home-boy police officers.

@abbiegeniussawyer : You are just looking for a reason to spout racist rhetoric and look to the heavens for salvation. It would be very easy to do that here but that's not what happened. If he had pulled over when the police first asked him to pull over it would have been ordinary police procedure. I still see his behavior as being self-righteous, thinking his status as a soldier should let him determine police activity. He's not saying he was driving while being black, he kept talking about being a soldier. I'm not adding anything to the video, just describing what happened. If you asked me my opinion I'd say they didn't need to pepper-spray him. He was showing his hands.

@bbernard1981: You need an update. Let he who was trained to use military violence to subdue civilians in a country you are attacking for their oil and wealth, pull the first weapon as a repurposed domestic police officer.

@bbernard1981: I was describing the incident and adding what opinion I have. I was being muted because I was replying to insane and hysterical comments about this in two other videos. If I wrote all my political ideologies, and experiences, it would be a big book.
