  3.  @moonshoes11  Unless you know something I don't, you're wrong. The people who were killed and injured can sue the business because the sign fell on them. That means the people have to hire their own lawyer and Dennys' will have theirs. No tax-payer dollars are involved. The question I have is this, will the owner of this Dennys' face the lawsuit alone or will the corporation cover him?
