  3.  @rb032682 : Thanks for the question. I now have a purpose. You typed you were first and that's all you did. When you are first you have a chance to lead the comments, but you didn't do that. I feel like typing the third verse of "Castles Made of Sand" by Jimi Hendrix, but I won't do that.

  4.  @rb032682 : I tried that at first, but it would post three times in a row. I didn't like that. Logging out and back in removed one and I could delete the other, getting tired after three or four times. I had my own typewriter when I was fifteen, and it wasn't electric. I like typing and editing.

  6.  @rb032682  I saw Jimi at Maple Leaf Gardens in 1969. I have never tried to play and sing any Jimi song onstage, never being in a band that wanted to do one. Sure, the cover tunes and doing songs sounding like that. I appreciate you being loaded, my fingers are floating above the keys like little clouds of puff. I see blue skies and big white ones out the window, going out for a bike-hike to Niagara Falls this evening.

  7.  @rb032682 : He had two amps and two mikes for everything, including his voice. Wires went to two tables in front of the stage, two flatbeds end to end,, each with a roadie, each with a copper album on a turntable. As Jimi moved the roadies would turn their copper disc and the sound would move left or right, back and forth and all around, following Jimi moving his guitar. He called it his axis of sound. The chairs were arranged in sections to hear that. Angel flew up into the rafters. Hendrix talked a lot and put your head through. He introduced himself as being of Egyptian Nubian ancestry with a Cherokee grandmother who walked the Trail of Tears. I'm still a Hendrix freak.
