  11.  @paulvamos7319  I'm not trying to tease anyone, but I can go on. I just got a $224 dollar payment as a carbon tax rebate, a week ago, and an $88 provincial subsidy today. If you are homeless and under 65, for any reason, you can collect the Ontario Hospital Insurance Plan, OHIP. That's a monthly payment of almost $1,800, with free dental, free glasses, with some free food and rides with social services. You can get a subsidized apartment, under $800 a month. My apartment, 850 square feet, is $820 a month, a nice deal from a musician friend.. A hydro subsidy means I'm building a credit, not paying a bill.
