My opinion, the hearing’s intention is to stop Trump becoming next term of the American president.

Agree, the professional politicians and rich family members should be also banned to be the election Candidates. There are big differences between the top leaders of America and China . One is composed with the lawyers, politicians and rich families, although all of them could have very good presentation or speech, like Obama, while another owns a group of outstanding engineers and scientists, who are required at least 30 years working experience from nowhere to the provincial level. I think it might be the main reason why so much different performances between two systems and two countries in last 40 years and now, America is in dramatical decline while China with high speed rising.

@briandbeaudin9166 What you mentioned has been happening to America, instead of China. Alone “democratic” America declared 13 wars in other sovereign countries after WWII, and now its “democratic” system has already killed over one million innocent Americans in this pandemic. Still no shame, right?

At least Trump told the truths to all Americans and he had no intention of sending those innocent American kids into the war during his last term, although he doesn’t know how to manage the country. He indeed made China great again, instead of America, so did Biden as well. Coke or Pepsi, elephant or donkey, only 2 choices left over to Americans, no other alternatives?

Any “1 person 1 vote” place or country will fail again and again. History tells, if you check all nowadays prosperous industrial countries you can find out that all of them had no democracy at all in their successful developing period, except their piracy, monarchy, colonization and dictatorship. For example, during USA industrialization no woman were allowed to vote. Even most white men had no voting right and they were also not eligible to participate in any decision making. American black people had no any political right, they couldn’t vote until 1965. All country’s decisions were made only by a small group of white men. In most those countries even no party was allowed. Not only USA did so, European countries also had similar process. In Asia Japan, S Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong did so as well.
