This is the biggest chunk of psuduo science I've read all day. Brutal

@Mr.Davs2216 no, it's jibberish. None of that is even close to true.
4
80 million would not be able to buy one right away. They're just trying to incentiveize the industry. Like they did with cars back in the 20's and 30's
3
Yes there is. How would you know more than nasa?
3
@micklaws5520 I don't know why you guys can't use Google too After correcting for problems caused by the decaying orbit of satellites, as well as other factors, they have produced a new record showing 36% faster warming since 1979 and nearly 140% faster (i.e. 2.4 times larger) warming since 1998.Jun 30, 2017
3
That's what happens with historically low rates for a couple decades and the last guy spending like a drunken sailor
3
@swampfox8461 says the guy that can't even use his own language correctly.
2
@_..D ya but one in a 100 year floods are now routine.
2
@hanshansen3885 that's my point too. Yes the earth has always changed but it's only been habitable for humans for so long. Why would we ever want to speed that up
2
No we don't. Maybe in Texas but most of our supplies aren't that clean. The Dakota and Canadian tar sands come to mind.
2
@micklaws5520 Global surface temperature has been measured since 1880 at a network of ground-based and ocean-based sites. Over the last century, the average surface temperature of the Earth has increased by about 1.0o F.
2
@micklaws5520 Satellites are used to detect the smallest change in atmospheric concentration. They show carbon dioxide rose to 407 ppm in 2018, while methane concentrations are now around 150% above pre-industrial levels (Buchwitz, M. et al. 2018) – and continue to rise. By accurately detecting these small changes – to within 1 part per million for carbon dioxide – satellite observations are helping the scientific community to improve global climate models and better predict the likely warming effect and impacts resulting from increased levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.
2
They are though. They're getting a worse effects of climate change than we are.
2
@mrrey8937 what part am I wrong on. You better bring facts.
2
All these fox commentors think they know more than nasa on this topic
1
@KKing55 no they're not
1
@Mr.Davs2216 I'm old enough to see the changes. In the last 20 years it has been dramatic. Also, like I said to someone else, you think you know better than nasa?
1
@micklaws5520 goo gle Dia mond batteries
1
@theMemo-1 Jesus man, not everyone is John balanis. Honestly he can go f#@k himself. He doesn't help the problems in America.
1
The planet started life as a ball of lava. I'd say it has improved since then. If it were dying we never would have evolved. That being said we have been able to measure the contents of the atmosphere for a while now an the data gathered says your wrong. We can and are changing the atmosphere.
1
@barrelrole what?
1
@micklaws5520 take care of pollution you take care of climate change. I don't care how you define it as long as we are on the same page with how to combat it. Burning oil for fuel is a heavy polluter.
1
@loripark3763 that's what fox wants to concentrate on
1
@micklaws5520 no. Just burning for energy. I never said all oil as it's valuable for manufa Turing processes. Those, like plastics, can be recycled.
1
@kluu5088 why is it you are filled with false information. After the fifth false thing you stated I stopped reading.
1
@swampfox8461 that would be your blind hatred. Not you're. What you used was a contraction. The " 're" is short for "are". As in you are. That would leave your sentence not making sense. This is the normal way you sound but I thought I'd help. I'd is short for " I would"
1
@swampfox8461 BTW, you're (short for you are) are not nearly interesting enough to stalk
1
@swampfox8461 thin skinned? Just pointing out your grasp of your own language is as firm as your grap of politics. Both are poor with alot left to learn.
1
@swampfox8461 please, don't flatter yourself. Like I said, I would never waste my time stalking you. (Don't is short for do not)
1
@swampfox8461 yes I believe in climate change. Anyone with any knowledge on the subject does. What gets me is you are saying you know.more on the topic than nasa does. That takes some big balls
1
@swampfox8461 I wouldn't waste my time searching g for you to stalk you. Clicking a notification to show you you're an idiot only takes a moment between sips of my whiskey and 7up
1
@swampfox8461 how.many times do I have to correct it before you use it properly? Not my fault the region you're from didn't emphasize education over whatever you wasted your time doing.
1
@swampfox8461 how am I being hyperbolic. Lol there is yet another word you don't know how to use correctly. I'm guessing you spent too much time mucking stalls and not enough time reading as a child. Only a guess though. I could be wrong.
1
@swampfox8461 not going to abuse the English language anymore?
1
@Alaric-The-Visigoth they are building far more renewable energy than we are along with buying up cobalt mines in Africa for the raw resources to make solar. They have a goal to be net zero by 2060. Seeing how quick they built their industrial .base up I bet they will get there before us
1
@robertallen7025 In the last decade, the speed at which North Carolina's sea level is rising has increased, and is now rising by as much as 1 inch every 2 years. Around Wilmington, it took about 24 years for the ocean to rise 6inches. Scientists forecast that in just the next 15 years, the sea level will have risen by another 6 inches.
1
@Jam why would I do that?
