No points on how the more it spreads the likelihood of mutations to occur. No mention of the many young that have died from it or that many are also experiencing long term side effect. Science and virology are not based on assumption. All science theory is but settled science is not. Especially in something like a genetically sequenced virus. If anything all the right wing conspiracies qualify better than your use of the theory.

Yes they may learn nuances of this with further study but they do KNOW what they needed to learn through this branch of science. Would you say the mathematics and physics required to put a man in orbit is settled science or not? What about the fact that water is made from two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen.
