  4.  @quirk8841  that's not true at all. Police are not the arbitrator of what is legal or not. They are the enforcement of those laws that are passed by the politician at any level. If the law is unconstitutional it will be challenged in court and deemed one way or the other. As only judges are allowed to decipher if a law is legal or not.
