  10. ​ Frank Williams  well, a tarrif is paid for by the end purchaser. Us. Because of tarrifs, prices go up to cover the cost of them. I mean you would have to trust corporations not to pass it on to the consumer to think otherwise. If the tarrifs exist (which they do) then the added costs are having an impact along with inflation. Racking my brain on how to explain it simpler but alas, you will have to settle for this.
