People are leaving the coasts over trumps tax bill. It hit middle class people on the coasts with a loss of housing deductions that made some people's annual tax bill go through the roof. Personally I've spent over 75K more in property taxes since the bill. Many of my neighbors left because of it. Others lost their homes.

@distanceismyplastercast another thing people keep forgetting is reedy creed was not subject to Florida building code. It was built to code but was never inspected. In order for a county to absorb it they will need to inspect everything built there to make sure it is to code for liability reasons.
