  40.  @papawmc2345  first, I have no history with police. I'm a good citizen that way. Second, we were talking about warrants. If a federal agency issues a warrant the local police usually helps them issue said warrant. You didn't even correct me as your post was off topic.

Their brains are literally not matured yet so they're more impulsive and thinkess critically. I think the older they get, as long as they are good, the less a juvenile record should hold sway. Just my 2 cents worth that's all
