  1. The problem here is there is never any discussion over what measures are proportionate. Proportion has to be the benchmark to any restriction. If not, it opens the door to any restriction that may help reduce the risk of COVID. Somebody really does need to say that just because a measure might help reduce the risk doesn’t mean we should do it or mandate it.
