No, they are cheats, and it is sad that our culture has fallen to the point where someone is happy to tell a large number of people that they embrace cheating and are just interested in moving the standard at the expense of destroyed future lives.

  3. Amen, Lionel Shriver. Only super economists like Kate Andrews think that they can fit a quart into a pint pot. The UK passed it's carrying capacity prior to WW1. Yet parties of all stripes bang on about Net Zero while constantly importing people who will need to have much of their needs imported with polluting container ships. There are far too many people in the UK and England in particular. A rational government would be looking at how to reduce the population while increasing per capita living standards. As for not being at replacement levels on population. Hyper Immigration and the unaffordability of homes in which to have families, came first.
