  2. The best we ever get is: "Reduce". "Slow Down". How long have we been saying his? At some point it has to be accepted that we are way past that. We need Net Zero, we probably need Net Minus for the next 10 or 20 years before immigration matches the "Reduce, slow down", figures that were entirely reasonable all those many years ago. We need a population policy and an active, humane plan, to arrive at that ideal population. The UK surpassed it's carrying capacity before WW1. If the Green Eco types were remotely honest, they would be advocating a population preferred maximum occupancy policy also.
