Though threatened by its neighbours Israel survives and as a significant factor (use both men and women citizen soldiers). INVESTMENTS can be tapped from the very rich global market. The only missing piece is the security of those investments in Ukraine. Putin's war is conducted not to gain territory but to stop Ukraine having Security. So, Ukraine cannot flourish unless Putins Fails. A sure failure for Putin is Ukraine joining both the EU & NATO.
