But because white phosphorus has legal uses, shells filled with it are not directly prohibited by international humanitarian law. The legal defence allows Ukraine to be as ruthless as they wish. That's how Democracies got away with Hiroshima and Nagasaki ...the neuking of 2 entire cities ..... was never posited as a war crime. The Japanese decided not to bother with the Geneva Convention. A MISTAKE Any tactic of ruthlessness including a punch in the face ....only works at the time. Over time ...intelligent, co-ordinated and accurate strategy will win. and also allows the TRUTH to gain the upper hand. The Russian "human wave" tactic and their disregard for Geneva Conventions by using incendiary ammunition etc etc....works only at the time. The COUNTER to this works over a long time.
