  1. timing of a high value strike depends on having good "spotters" on the ground even if you have a wonder weapon.....looks like some Russians have grievances and turns out that Putin and his promised rewards cannot be trusted (who would have thought). Worse still he looks like losing. Any Russian Officer would get top dollar for "spotting". Just takes a call ? Lines open now.
