  1. Right move....only locals who are losers would complain. Afterall, since these FT want to throw money, might as well make them PAY..PAY..PAY..But as usual just like local losers, such high ner worth FT would complain ...complain but still buy! For the rest of the FTs who took PR or not, they would have to rent. The pro of this move not only increases the state coffers subtantially but NOT penalise locals who purchase the roof over their heads. And this also increases rents, from both FTs and locals who want to avoid the 20% ABSD, which in turn favors the gov in taxes colllected and local landlords too. Desmond is indeed capable to be a minister.
