  3. The no more land is 'subjective'.... land which are too valuable for HDB goes to developers...of course lah...sea view build BTO ah? Central Marina build BTO ah? The point is very simple. Those who have money will live in central and area of good view and convenience. Expensive pte properties get to be in area of convenience. Only in very ulu area, cheaper , not choice pte properties can be found in out lying area. Dist 9,10,11, 15 are all expensive area for pte properties. Those without much $$...live in BTO in some out lying area. It was already so and in the near future, it will also be so. So if you are smart...better grab one choice area PTE property NOW....while it is still 'cheap'!😆😆😆😆
