Total bull and crap. At the end of 2020, Covid 1st yr rental was up 10 to 15% and by mid 2021 to end 2021 at least 25%. Take a conservative 20% thru 2020 and 2021 for a GCBs of over $25k , the min is at least $5k increase. By 2022 the rental increase was way over 30 to 50%! Some even 70%! You don't call this preferential treatment then what? Even the guide price from SLA was low balled for these two.
