  1. This is what happens when a person has no competence to do a job at that level expected, holding the highest post in the SS. She got that post thru connection and other means. Such ppl do well, extremely well i would say ,when job politics dictate their own survivability in such role ,until the shit hits the fan on their watch. That is when all their incompetence and lack of knowledge ,experience and skill required for such job, spills out.
