  1. Yeah, they say so in the story. A tech consultant he knew murdered him. For some reason they decided to mix that with the Republican 'them durn City Slickers Are Bad, Mkay?' narrative, even though half the homeless tweakers and junkies who seek shelter in major cities were rural and suburban residents first. The two narratives aren't related, not sure what NBC is thinking here.
