If you can afford a healthy diet anymore, and have the time to be a gym rat and kitchen ninja. AND if genetics didn't take a big 'ol steaming dump on you. I may have that time now, and had daily PT in the service, but not home when kids are growing up. Working out is easy when you're already in shape, young, or employment/parenting situation allows. It's a show stopper if you're not.
