@abstractioner3071 What state do you live in? I'll debunk you right here and now on that. The National Guard is the Organized Militia of every single state. They are not a branch of 'The' military. They are the militias of each Free State, exactly as stated in the amendment. Edit: Members of the Guard, whether Title 32 AGR or M-Day weekenders, are known as Citizen Soldiers for a reason. Armories are called armories for a reason. Because that's where the well-regulated (and they have regulations) Militias keep their stand-of-arms. In an Armory. You have no right to 'bear arms' until that well-regulated militia has drafted, trained, and equipped you with THEIR arms in defense of the State. Which is why your state National Guard answers to your Governor. GO ON. TELL ME WHAT STATE YOU ARE IN.

@dr.burtgummerfan439 Yeah, it's called the National Guard. And you can find that in your own state's laws. The 2A was ALWAYS about the National Guard, despite what a few corrupted SCOTUS justices like Scalia said when they stopped doing their jobs and started being party hacks. At no point did the 2A mention 'individuals', you're no Justice, and you don't get to rewrite the 2A.

@abstractioner3071 Of course you won't. You can't defend your position, because you know we're right, you know Scalia led a corrupt decision on DC vs Heller just as Thomas is corrupt today. And because you know I'll throw your own state law on the matter right into your face like a sledgehammer. But know this: If Roe can be overturned, so can D.C. vs Heller. And that time is coming.
