  1. What do you expect? Most of the people I see working the Taco Bell drive-thru are middle aged, ffs. And they probably have a shift at Arby's right after. We buy crap that was designed using R&D money from US tax payers, the tech handed to the 'private sector' to generate jobs, and the first thing the rich pr*ck CEO's who appropriate that tech do is send it overseas to be manufactured in Shenzhen, then shipped back for us to buy. Edit: We aren't taxing corporations properly. We need to set their tax schedules on whether they are not, partially, or wholly manufacturing there, not here. Not where their head office calls home. Just watch Apple, the so-called most successful American tech company, start opening plants in the US after they get their tax bill for most their assembly workers being in Zhengzhou.

I transfered my Post 9-11 GI Bill to my son in return for 4 more years tacked onto my enlistment, which resulted in me going back for another fun-filled all expenses paid vacation to the Sand Box in '09 running convoy security down the MSRs through Baghdad, and he still is looking at more debt to finish an undergrad degree. Anyone wanna buy a kidney? I've got a spare.
