47% of the electorate is Independent. Yet they have only .3% representation. Less than 1%, and they have to caucus with Dems. It's BS. 2 Independent senators, none in the house. 535 total members of congress. Taxation for representation indeed. Somebody show me in the Constitution where this 2 party system is, please. Parties are the poison that killed every failed democracy. The Representative Democracy of our Constitutional Republic was designed to work without them.

@ltho5616 And the Conservatives have no shortage of young psychos in their voting base ready to carry the torch either. The "Proud of Kyle Rittenhouse for shooting black people and getting away with it" gun nut demographic is not as small as people think. And now they can manage to drag their knuckles all the way to a voting booth.

They have them, but the old crusties have done everything to shut them out. You saw how the arrival of movers like AOC was recieved by Pelosi. Perceived as an immediate threat. That's the dividing line inside the DNC. And they aren't budging until the Grim Reaper finally clears the benches. The DNC as still 100% the property of the wine-mixer Old Guard, and for constantly being labeled 'socialist' by their arsonist opponents, they're entirely Centrist. Not Moderate, just Centrist.
