  1. While I agree in theory until we know if this mass murderer was trying to push a political agenda or not we can't call it terrorism. There has to be a political motive for terrorism and as of yet I haven't see this person release any political statements. So I would just call this racist hate crimes.

  2. Those police need to be fired for their stupidity. You don't rationalize a mass murder in any way especially by saying dismissing it as a bad day for the mass murder.
