I wonder if the reports at the NY Times will be more supportive of other unions now in their reporting? Someone needs to report from the perspective of labor which was lacking in most mainstream media as the government forced the railroad workers to accept the owners terms and go back to work.

Neoliberalism has forced the same austerity on the working class globally so why do you question that a global system of repression would fail at the same time globally???

@phatmantv those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. This same legislation has been used by the government in the not so distant past it didn't work out well for those who choose to strike.

The sad part is the establishment is so scared of the working class they just kicked with the anti union legislation that they are re ordering the primary to try and hold onto power on 2024.
