  3. @Fragilus_1er  Except the fact that Saddam Hussein openly claimed to have them, and we knew he was bluffing. The withdrawal from Afghanistan wasn't "incompetence", Hamad Karzai made a sudden departure that caused the Afghan National Army to fall apart and forced a dramatic change of plans.

  4. A stall is probably the most realistic. Unless Ukraine can force their way through the lines, they're not likely to outright break.
